This document sets out the "Terms & Conditions"
under which any person or persons (hereinafter called as "Users")
not in the direct employ of Meath Community Partnership Co.
Ltd. (hereinafter called Meath LEADER) may view and utilise
the People+ site, namely www.people-plus.org.
This website is owned and operated by Meath LEADER and is
available under licence to Antur Teifi to operate the website
in the county of Ceredigion in Wales. The website is made
available to Users under the following terms and conditions.
By using the site and the services available on it, the User
is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions
Meath LEADER, being the copyright owner of this site, hereby
grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal
license to any User who agrees to be bound by the terms of
this agreement to view and download copies of (i) the publicly
accessible material and (ii) the material available in those
additional areas of the site made available to Users who register
with People+ and fulfill criteria to be decided by the operators
of the site.
No User may use the People+ site in order to transmit, distribute,
store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable
law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the
copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property
rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other
personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene,
threatening, harassing, abusive or hateful.
The User is responsible for the User's communications and
the consequences of postings and other submissions, if any.
The User shall not do any of the following things: post material
that is copyrighted, unless User is the copyright owner or
has the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post
material that reveals trade secrets, unless User owns them
or has the permission of the owner; post material that infringes
on any other intellectual property rights of others or on
the privacy, data protection or publicity rights of others;
post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing,
abusive or hateful; post sexually-explicit images or statements;
post advertisements or solicitations of business except the
solicitation for an employee to become employed at the User's
company when the User has "Employer" permissions
on this site; post chain letters or pyramid schemes; impersonate
another person; or post material that contains viruses, Trojan
horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming
routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally
interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
system, data or information.
The material on this site may contain inaccuracies or typographical
errors. Except and only to the extent expressly provided to
the contrary in this Agreement, (i) Meath LEADER / Antur Teifi
make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness,
or timeliness of the People+ site or the material and (ii)
changes are periodically made by Meath LEADER to the People+
site and may be made by the Company at any time.
The information on the noticeboards contained on this site
is provided by the Users. Therefore, Meath LEADER / Antur
Teifi accept no responsibility or liability for the contents,
advertisements or information displayed on the noticeboards.
Users who do not agree to be bound by this agreement are
not permitted to operate this site to the fullest extent possible
under law.
Meath LEADER / Antur Teifi reserve the right to change the
content, presentation, performance, user facilities and availability
of any part of this website at its sole discretion, including
these terms and conditions of use and you should check these
terms and conditions of use regularly for any changes.
Meath LEADER / Antur Teifi reserve, at their absolute discretion,
the right to decline acceptance and publication of advertisements,
submissions and any other materials and to delete or remove
same from its publications and to decline and / or withdraw
registration of Users.
